Our extensive fleet includes covered transporters, light and heavy stepframe trailers and Brimec transporters, flat beds, Low Loaders with extendable trailers, Moving Floors, Ejection Trailers.
We carry IPAF certification and our staff are ADR trained and supplied with harnesses for loading and unloading. We transport booms, fork trucks, cranes, scissors, generators, ballast, heavy & light vehicles, compressors, planers, tar equipment, telehandlers, fuel bowsers, 2cx 3cx, excavators, dozers, trains, pipes, cabins and much more.
Our vehicles are based in Glasgow and Edinburgh giving us complete coverage of the Central Belt. With the ability to carry out 500 individual movements in a single day and provide 24/7 service without restrictions. While most of the work is local to Scotland, Murdoch covers the entire UK.
Transport planning is an important part of our operations and we identify the most efficient and cost-effective route for each journey.
All our drivers are highly experienced, have HGV and CPC licences and ADR training certificates where applicable.
