Refund Policy

For all refunds due to an error in your payment amount please email: quoting your full name, delivery address, your contact number and the reason for requesting a refund. You also have a right to cancel your application before delivery of your skip (this does not apply to permit payments as they are paid immediately to the local council). To cancel the payment, please email or call 0141 580 6322, providing the same information as above. In the event of a refund request our skip department will deal with your query at the earliest possible opportunity.
